You agree that these terms apply to those services, and Maher may amend the terms and conditions from time to time.

The membership of a member and client of Maher is personal to him/her, and he/she is fully responsible for it and for everyone who uses his/her membership.

Maher will take all necessary steps to ensure that member and client data is handled securely and in accordance with Maher's privacy policy.

This membership is for personal use only and is not for private commercial activities or those owned directly or indirectly by the member or owned by the employer for whom the member works.

Maher and its international offices reserve the right to refuse to provide services in the event that the payments due under these terms are not received or in the event that the requested services conflict with applicable laws, public morals, customs, traditions, norms and Islamic law.

Maher reserves the right to make any changes to the Services that are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirements, or that do not significantly affect the nature or quality of the Services.

All phone calls to and from Maher may be monitored or recorded for training and quality control purposes.

Maher reserves the right to accept or reject any requests at its sole discretion.

Maher member acknowledges that all information provided for the purpose of booking, ordering, or purchasing products or services is accurate and that he or she has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products and services.

Payment for all products and services must be due immediately upon acceptance of the order by Maher.

Goods purchased on behalf of the customer by Maher directly from a supplier are subject to that supplier's terms and conditions.

This agreement is governed and regulated by the laws in force in the State of Qatar. Any clause thereof is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English texts, the Arabic text shall prevail.

In all cases, Maher's liability is limited to the actions of its clients and users under its direct supervision and shall not extend under any circumstances to the actions of third-party service providers.

Maher member bears full responsibility for any misuse of their membership, whether authorized or unauthorized.

All requests made by a client to Maher must be within the validity period of their membership. No requests or transactions will be accepted until the membership is renewed.

Maher reserves the right to delay orders after informing the customer of the reason for the delay in emergency circumstances beyond the control of Maher's representatives, such as unexpected traffic congestion.

Maher is not obligated to provide requests, services or reservations in the event that they are not available at the time and date requested by the customer at the service provider, such as reservations for restaurants, hotels, clubs, guest houses, airlines, tourism, travel and all reservations in general if they are fully booked at the time and date requested by the customer.

Maher is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by the service provider or the customer.
